I know there is a recipe section, but I thought I would put this here, it's pretty healthy.
Large lettuce leaves, iceberg or romaine work. Roast sliced turkey Slivered beets Feta cheese Roasted red peppers Sliced red onion Sliced black olives Oregano Dash of vinegar Dash of olive oil You get the idea. Just made this for dinner. Go light on the cheese and oil, Just a few olives because they are salty, and you have a pretty healthy roll-up. |

![]() TL- I will roast or grill peppers at the beginning of a week to have on hand, or even freeze them and microwave when needed, to throw in/on all sorts of different things. They made a great addition and full of nutrients. That way not having to make them all the time.
