I know there is a recipe section, but I thought I would put this here, it's pretty healthy.

Large lettuce leaves, iceberg or romaine work.
Roast sliced turkey
Slivered beets
Feta cheese
Roasted red peppers
Sliced red onion
Sliced black olives
Oregano
Dash of vinegar
Dash of olive oil

You get the idea. Just made this for dinner. Go light on the cheese and oil, Just a few olives because they are salty, and you have a pretty healthy roll-up.

Sounds really good! Thanks for sharing! Can roasted red peppers be found in a grocery store or would I have to roast them? (I know, probably a dumb question. )

It sounds delicious, thanks for sharing it. I think I might even substitute cranberries for the beets as am not a huge beet fan.

TL- I will roast or grill peppers at the beginning of a week to have on hand, or even freeze them and microwave when needed, to throw in/on all sorts of different things. They made a great addition and full of nutrients. That way not having to make them all the time.
