Ok, so as a sufferer of mental health, I can hardly get out of bed some days. I have even slept through school before. After wanting to lose weight for about 3 years and, well, gaining it instead

Instead of going on a "diet" just choose healthy foods. Diets usually fail .

I can feel that you are going through a tough time. The problem is that your mind would like to do something, but you don't enough will power in order to convince your physical body to act accordingly. Losing weight is not easy, nor is it quick. Even though you cannot get out of bed early, isn't there something convenient that you can do in order to lose weight?
