October has been a disaster for me. Horrible nutrition, hardly any workouts, fighting various conditions including bronchitis, no sleep.

So, tomorrow is November 1st. I swear to God I'm getting in a long, tough bike ride in the morning, even though it's gonna be snowing, winds to 40 mph, and just plain horrible out there.

Dress warm, son, you're gonna need it.

Excuses are for the weak.

Are you recovered from your bronchitis yet? Just asking, considering the weather? Take care!
