I noticed myself eating less. Being satisfied with much less that usually. I'm already border line anorexic. I don't know what to do. The food doesn't look appetizing, I'm going nuts. I feel hungry but then after not knowing what to eat, I give up on hunger and just don't eat anything. I'm beginning to worry. I am depressed but, this just isn't usual.
I usually feed myself? Force feed myself if the food stinks to me. Is it food or me? I'm not sure why but I have gone a whole day without eating and I felt a migraine but that didn't bother me because all the food I saw looked disgusting and repulsive and it stank, even if I usually like to eat it. I suggest that you see your GP for a full physical check-up.
There are many possible physical reasons (for example, issues with your thyroid gland or adrenal glands) for weight loss and loss of appetite - a full clinical investigation may well help here.
