So, I have the opportunity to take the next step to getting my dream job, but the only problem is it requires that I be as skinny as possible. I know I have the tendencies to possibly develop an eating disorder and I'm afraid that I'll feel too guilty to eat anymore…I have to eat incredibly healthy just to justify the consumption of ANY calories. And as it is, I tend to skip meals or at least delay them because I hate stopping what I'm doing to eat all the time. As it is, I'm hungry most of the time so surely I can't be overeating?
So how do I start trying to lose weight without going out of control? Since apparently eating less doesn't work, how many hours am I going to have to work out every day to lose any weight at all let alone how much I'm going to have to lose to have the right body type for what I want to do? And how do I avoid injuries? Every time I've done anything athletic before, no matter how careful I've been, I develop chronic pain that makes it difficult to walk and do everyday activities. I wish I could ask my boyfriend with help monitoring me (since he's who I'd be working out with anyway), but I've already put him through so much it would be unfair to ask him to deal with another one of my problems. |

Here is some tips for you
![]() 1. Don't skip breakfast 2. Eat regular meals 3. Cut down on alcohol 4. Drop your milk type and you cut calories 5. Keep Mouthwash Handy 6. Replace calorie-laden drinks with water 7.
