I live with my mom, I pay part of the rent, anyway long story short she said not to ask about getting off my meds for 90 days of eating healthier and exercising everyday and then, if at that point I haven't lost weight, coming off meds will be up for discussion.
So I start tomorrow, I will be posting an update in here every day of the challenge. Wish me luck!

Day 1 So difficult, I already want to quit but I have to do this. I weighed myself, I will not weigh myself again until the 90 days is up. My current weight: 218lbs ![]()

Day 2
Going well so far, though it's still early. Have been taking a short walk everyday Trying to drink more water Hard to keep my mind off food, it's like the only thing on my mind is how much longer until my next meal, trying to distract myself though

Went okay, had a lot of distractions which helped

I'm using an app called MY FITNESS PAL and it helps me to log my calories and stay within a certain range. It's nice too because it has reminder notifications if you forget to log. The other thing that I like is that the more I exercise the more calories it will allow me for that day; great incentive to move more.
