Yesterday I did Tabata stair runs, Tabata Jump rope and I did upper body strength.

Tabata= 20 secs of all out work! 10 secs of rest for 8 rounds. It kicks butt.

I did great on my nutritional plan yesterday.

MFP daily calories 1,228. Apple Watch steps 7,257. Water intake 34oz. Worked out for thirty minutes on the treadmill. I have not weighed myself in three weeks. I hate doing it, it gives me anxiety but I’m going to this Monday.

MoxieDoxie - way to go, that work out sounds intense.

Cocosurviving, sounds like you're doing well. Good luck with weighing yourself.

Well I blew it and relapsed and drank for 4 days - lousy on the calorie intake as well as being debilitating. As a result, I've been stuck in bed recovering most of the week.

On a positive note, I did make it to the dentist yesterday for a cleaning and a checkup for the first time in 2.5 years (I finally got dental insurance), and I didn't have any cavities, and not much plaque build up. Downside, the dentist wants me to floss TWICE a day. blech. I currently don't floss at all.

I LOVE flossing. I would rather floss than brush. A dental hygienist told me to keep the floss like where i watch tv and do it then. Also to wrap it around my middle fingers, then direct it with my index fingers. Hope this helps!

Btw, i was at the dentist yesterday too! Jinx you owe me a diet coke!

I did it! I weighed myself but I had a shirt on. I’m 4.6 lbs down. A total of 7 lbs so far. I’m leaning really hard toward a plant based lifestyle. I’ve been giving it a try and I like it.

I’m not to go over 1,280 but some days I end up way under just depends on what I eat for the day. I mostly eat vegetables and salads for lunch and dinner. I eat oatmeal, grits and cream of wheat for breakfast. I’m about to start making bagels I found a Weight Watchers recipe. I eat cage free eggs sometimes too. I’m always looking for ideas for meals on Weight Watchers site.

I'm doing low-carb (not no carb) meatless because I went pescatarian last year. I am doing pretty low calories and eating more vegetables. I didn't weigh-in to start. Just going on how I feel. It seems like you were recording a lot of days under 1,000 calories and that's why I asked about your daily calories. I had to eliminate refined carbs like bread because I can't reasonably eat them in moderate portions. I am eating vegetarian pizza (with loads of veggies) and I can do that. But if I ate bagels, oatmeal, grits etc. -- no way I could maintain that kind of diet. But whatever you are doing it is working. I am impressed and inspired.

Hello! Hope everyone is doing well. I finally got back on track with my eating and lost the extra weight I gained. It was about 8 pounds. Now I'm going to focus on my next goal, which is to lose enough weight so I can walk. I changed my eating habits drastically. I've gone vegetarian. So I'm keeping dairy and eggs in my diet at the moment. If I still have problems, then I'll cut out the dairy.
