I'm trying to lose weight, well, I have been trying for a very long time. Right now I have 120+ lbs that I want to lose, and I already have plans of how to do so, and some mid- to long-term goals set. One thing that I always get stuck on though is rewards. I know rewarding yourself for achieving goals is a good way to stick with it, but like many people I have a history of rewarding myself with food. I get so stuck trying to come up with non-food rewards for my weight loss! Does anyone have any good ideas for this? I would prefer rewards that are either very cheap or free, because money is tight.

What about buying yourself something nice as a reward. Jewellery or some kind of electronic device

I bought a dress I have wanted forever on eBayfor less than $25 that is one size smaller than I can wear right now. That's my reward.

I have a list on my phone

A coffe date with a friend (still food oriented but I rarely drink coffee so it's a real treat)
A book from the library that I've wanted to read
Extra time playing a video game
A little money towards a hobby - I like to scrapbook and buy extra paper / supplies that are cheap
WORKOUT CLOTHES
A trip to the city or beach
A movie - rent or go to the theaters

Do you have any hobbies you're really into?
