Thanks CANDC, yes I think lower resistence would be better for me.

I don't hurt but my muscles feel weak and I feel tired. Taking a day out from exercise today to rest.

sorry to hear that prefab. That stinks.

How much does that limit your activity?

Did you file an accident report in case you end up needing medical treatment. In US have to file accident report with HR or may not be eligible for medical and or disability benefits. Check it out. Cover yourself in case this turns out persistent.

Today it's painful to bend at all, so I'll rest up tonight and hope it's healed tomorrow. Thanks CANDC

My excuse right now is my move and settling down. I have to get new furniture tomorrow and that's a ton of exercise, so I'm doing nothing today!

Life gets in the way sometimes strive. My back is getting in the way but it's my day off and so I am going for a gentle swim - it's good to ease sore muscles.

Maybe you can schedule in something gentle after your move?

Swim was good, and tonight got to my running club for the first time this year - tough session and really felt it, but in a good way.

Good also to see friends again, exercise should be fun.

Hey prefab. Hope you are finding a way to stay in shape and stay healthy too. For me it is a balancing act. Too much of the wrong thing and I am hurting. Knowing what my body needs is an art form I am still learning.
