Hello JorgeG: I don't know... Too much weight is bad for your heart. Also it can be hard on your knees. Orthopedists will tell you that losing 10 pounds, for example, takes the equivalent of 15 pounds of stress off of your knees. Not eating enough is no doubt bad for you too. For one thing, when I don't eat I find I get cold easily. I'm sure it affects my energy level too. I watch my weight closely & get on the scale every morning. I'd rather know I need to lose one or two pounds than to suddenly realize I need to lose ten!

It based on your age and height. according to age and height you should maintain your weight constantly. over weight is very dangerous to your health, it causes gastric problems, cholesterol, diabetes, knee pains, heart problems etc.
