Sometimes when I go to the gym, and even after yoga too, my body is on fire. That's not literal, but I do feel like I'm on fire, very very hot, sometimes with a mild fever of around 100F with my normal around 97. I have energy to the point that I feel like I could push a train. It's the energy of full mania but with focus like I've never had otherwise. I clean things. I fix all sorts of things. I do everything I can as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality because I know it will fade before long. I've checked vitals and they're not normal. My blood pressure is almost low at that point, around 95/75, but my regular is usually 110/80. My pulse rate is high, around 120 but my regular pulse is around 68. O2 is in range, at 96-ish. I'm extremely thirsty, even after drinking 2 quarts of water and a couple bottles(I refill the one) during my heavy workout. I burn in excess of 700 calories in just a few hours. It eventually crashes, but only to a point of mellow, and not depressive or lacking energy. I am bipolar 1, for reference.
Anyone know what this could be? I'm not afraid, but I'm grateful. It just seems odd.

When you feel your body is on fire, do you sweat? Sweating would provide cooling and if you had trouble sweating (which can be a disorder), your body temperature could rise and cause a fever-like condition.

When I exercise, there is a point where I reach a state physically during the workout where I get a boost of energy. It's like reaching the top of a hill and coasting downhill. But, it's not the fiery energy you describe. That is interesting.

I sweat profusely and replenish accordingly, maybe too much. It feels a little like everything is a physical effort for downhill but I could overpower another hill no problem. It's absolutely an amazing feeling, except for the fiery bit, but the energy makes it worthwhile.
