I was still 152.6 today. I was honestly expecting more like 156 based on how I ate last night. But the rest of the weekend I was just eating at maintenance level. So I don’t know. Today I had around 1,155 calories. My next weigh in is Friday.

I had a mini cheesecake, a lemonade from Starbucks, a whopper with no mayo or onions, half of a healthy shrimp and pasta TV dinner, and a can of hearts of palms. My calories today were 1300 something. I’m not sure exactly since I grazed on everything and I didn’t finish the TV dinner or hearts of palms and I didn’t eat the berries in the lemonade.

151 exactly today. I swear sometimes I lose much faster on 1300 then I do on 1,150 or less. Today I’ve had a blue raspberry lemonade at 290 calories, and a cauliflower pizza at 740 calories. Dinner is going to be fish and vegetables at 160 calories. Everything will equal to around 1200 for the day.

@Mountaindewed, I wonder if you've plateaued? Could be why your weight's not going down. Sounds like you're doing all the right stuff. I don't know much about how to get past it but I'm sure if you Google it, you'll find lots of information. Just something to consider. Hope you succeed soon in what you're looking for.

My story is I lose 5 pounds, then go up 3 and stay there a while. Lose the 3 pounds, stay there a while and finally lose 2 more. I pretty much accept it but from time to time I worry. When I'm up I don't eat out or splurge on carbs. At the moment, I've lost the 3 pounds (the third phase) and I'm waiting to lose more weight.. I'm really close. I do well when I eat more vegetables.

That is kind of how I am. Lose 5 pounds gain 3. I’m trying to break the cycle. I’m going to try really hard not to weigh myself for a week because I think weighing myself every day is part of the problem. Also even having a sip of something like lemonade with my Geodon will cause me to be ravenous the entire day. I had a couple sips of lemonade yesterday right when I got to work and I immediately realized my mistake. And yup I was hungry all day. Today I didn’t eat anything until noon and I was fine. It’s something about drinking or eating something in the morning that does it for me.

How do you feel when you eat chocolate, cake and ice cream? Is it a good feeling or a bad feeling? What do you want to feel? What can you accept?

I feel bloated this morning. I haven't eaten since last night and I haven't stepped on the scale yet. I may wait until I take my water pill.

I had a berry hibiscus lemonade from Starbucks around 9 that was 240 calories. I had a PB&J protein box from Starbucks for lunch. That was 520 minus whatever the chocolate raisins were since I didn’t eat those and whatever half the dip was. Then for a snack I had a lean cuisine at 260. Dinner was a few pieces of pot roast that I put at 210. Then I had some potato snack thing from my Japanese snack box that had 89 calories. My calculator says 1,319 but I’m most likely off. I’ve been starving all day and been drinking a lot of water and diet Dr. Pepper.

Well I did it! I lost a pound. I'm really glad and my weight's been on the low range this past week so I feel good.

My pants seemed tight today but my shirt was pretty loose. I had some Taco Bell for lunch and then a couple snacks from my Tokyo Box for a snack and then a chicken breast for dinner. I also had a Bai water. My calories equaled to around 1200 for the day. I’m guessing I’m 152 or 151.

I weighed myself today (couldn’t help it) and I was 149.6. I stepped on the scale twice to make sure it was correct and it was. I’m glad I finally broke through the plateau. Today my calories will equal to around 1200.

Lost another pound. So now I'm down my two pounds like normal. I'm really glad. I wanted canned soup today but then decided no. I thought about all that sodium. I don't want that. I like it when my numbers are low. Helps motivate me to leave the house, something I hate to do.

I found no sodium added soup yesterday that’s pretty good but I only found a few cans and it was on clearance so I think they discontinued it, but I’m not sure. It’s called Healthy Valley Organic no sodium added soup.I know what you mean though about sodium.

At work I had a lemonade from Starbucks that had 240 calories. After work I had a gogurt that had 50. Then soup for lunch which had 180 calories. I also had this chocolate cake thing which had 51 calories. Then dinner is going to be a cauliflower crust pizza that has 740 calories. Total it’s going to be 1,261 for the day.

I was 149.4 yesterday and then I had sonic for dinner and some chocolate. This morning my stomach was huge and the new pants I got from the thrift store yesterday that I was thinking of putting back because they were slightly too big were now way too small. I just cannot have cheat days. They really mess me up. I didn’t weigh myself today but I’m guessing I’m like 154. Today my calories will equal to about 1,250.

I weighed myself today and I was 154.6. Wow. I was on lithium for seven years and it caused kidney damage and I have lingering side effects from it so I can really pack on the water weight in a short amount of time. I had a TV dinner that had 1,370 milligrams of sodium for lunch yesterday. But then I only had 1200 calories today and I watched the sodium and I can already see my stomach going down. I can’t say when the next time I’ll weigh myself will be but for sure not this weekend.

I had 1,245 calories today. I think I might have had a bit too much sodium though. Maybe around 2000 milligrams. I had a bag of Dilly Bites pickles which really killed my hunger and only had 15 calories but the bag had 640 milligrams of sodium.

My stomach looked better then it has these past 2 days. My calories today will equal to 1,275 calories. I’m not exactly sure that’s correct though. I had a donut for breakfast which I put at 300 calories but it was pretty small. I also got an iced coffee that said it had 190 calories but I didn’t drink much of it so I put it at 100 calories. That may be less as well. I’m guessing I’m like 152.

I weighed myself at 3 this afternoon with my underwear on and I could not believe I was 150. That must mean I’m really about 148 since I weigh about 3 pounds more in the afternoon. People **** on me and stuff about my weight loss but it’s not my fault. it’s called a fast metabolism. I sit on the couch most of the day and can still lose weight. I’m not doing anything wrong despite what people think.

I splurged today and ordered my favorite breakfast. Had country gravy and grits with some hashbrowns. Didn't eat much after that. But I have roast beef for tomorrow with vegetables. Just worried about the sodium. Will have to drink plenty of fluids.

Yeah, 148.6 today. My calories will equal to around 1,252. My goal is to be 145 by October. That I think is super realistic.

Had biscuits this morning. That was part of my breakfast from yesterday. I ate plenty of vegetables today and the roast beef. I'm stuffed. And I'm thirsty. It will be interesting to see what the scale says tomorrow. Oh well, this was my splurge.
