Well today I received an e-mail from ww about how I could get 3 months free, if I join for 9 months. So I signed up, they are reducing the rate for 9 months, to cover the free 3 months. But that's more affordable for me and that plan has really been working for me, until I stressed myself out about paying for it.
My brother is doing Keto and is down 47 lbs. That may work for him but this works for me, as long as I work it. Thankfully according to my last weigh in in June I'm only up 1 lb! Yeah me! Was down 35 lbs. Been stalling. Just stated exercise, now to get my eating plan back on track! Today I must admit I'm off but it's the weekend those are always bad.
