Increased dumbbell weights by 10 lbs yesterday. Worked chest today but my arms feel dead. Hurts a little when I flex my muscles so I must be doing something right. Didn't walk today because dad and me had to get down to the food bank to pick up some food. Will work arms tomorrow and I hope it burns real good

I haven’t had a chance to weigh myself in a few days. I’ve been sticking to right around 1200 calories. I’ve been mostly eating Eggo waffles and pancakes, and Amy’s frozen meals.

I lost half a pound. I kept my carbs around 100 and my calories low. I did part of my exercises today. I'll do the rest in a little while. I feel pretty positive about how I'm doing.

Worked arms today at the same increased weight, busted out 50 situps and walked the dog 6 miles. Will increase by 4 more pounds at the end of the week.

I've really struggled staying on the wagon with my diet and exercise recently. I had my period last week and my birthday and it's just been a struggle. But I have been pretty on target this week.

Today I'll have a 1000 calorie deficit. I rode the bike for half and hour plus walked 4 miles.

One mile warmup jog. One mile sprint @ 5:57. Three mile easy road run. AbRipper X. Apple for bfast. Quiznos sandwich for lunch. Nuts for dinner. 126lbs.

I lost 2 more pounds. Makes a total of 8 so far. Yesterday my carbs were 50 and my calories were under 1000. I just wasn't hungry.

Weighing myself has been so difficult because of how early I’ve been waking up. I get up at 3:30 and then can’t take a shower that early or get into the bathroom that has the scale. Then I’ll eat and drink something and then I can’t weigh myself because it won’t be accurate. Based on how my clothes are fitting I’d say I’ve lost something.

Today I had 3 chocolate chip pancakes, a bottle of tea, and an Amy’s TV dinner, and then we are getting Denny’s and I’m getting the sirloin steak with zucchini. It’s 1200 calories total for the day.

Still working out a schedule around progressive overload. Just finishing up my daily workout. Worked arms, a little of both chest and back today. Pushed myself to do an extra set for almost all of my exercises. If I couldn't push a full set I pushed as many reps as I can handle while keeping it equal. Will probably increase weights by 4lbs tomorrow. I can only increase my weights three more times before I run out, so I'm trying to stretch the time between increases.
Will walk the dog afterwards, maybe ~5 miles today.
For breakfast will have a protein shake w/ milk and a fruit cup. For lunch ill eat a egg sandwich and maybe a can of tuna. Dinner is porkchops and green beans.

Ended up being down 2lbs, so that's great. Got in my bike ride again and stayed on my calorie deficit.

Oh, I did do about 20 minutes of cutting practice to vent out my anger at my stalker. I feel much better



I'm not nearly as good as this guy, but I'm pretty good. My kesagiri (downward diagonal cuts) are very nice and I can do multiple cuts quickly. I'm also good with katate kesagiri or one handed cuts. I'm still working with gyakugesa (upward diagonal cuts) and yoko ichimonji (lateral cuts).

Leg day today. Looking for more exercises besides squats, lunges and toe raises.. legs feel tight but not like jelly. Guess next week I need to pump out more sets because I'm currently working with my max amount of weights (while keeping both dumbbells even). Will Increase my weights by 4lbs for tomorrow's arm day as I'm already working with a single dumbbell on arms/chest

Oh yeah plus for breakfast I had a coffee before my workout,, a protein shake after, 3 pieces of bacon and half a papaya.
Will probably eat a pouch of roast beef for lunch (50g protein), and a can of tuna (12g).
For dinner I think we're going to roast a chicken, stuffed with onion and garlic.

I had mashed potato’s for breakfast because I was very lightheaded. Then I had pancakes for lunch. I also had a bottle of Mountain Dew and a bottle of tea. I was going to have -a healthy TV dinner to make it 1200 calories exactly. I’m not sure I can eat something like that though. I may just have a couple chocolate waffles. I’ll see in a couple hours.

I had some pancakes for breakfast and a cherry iced tea. I got Fridays for lunch around 1. I had half a rack of ribs and fries. The nutrition facts said 830 calories. I didn’t have the coleslaw and my mom had one of the ribs. So I’m not sure exactly how many calories I’ve had today but I’m probably way under.

I added 4lbs to my dumbbells last night. Didn't do a full 5x5 set for every exercise but I did enough that I felt okay about it after. Might think of doing a secondary exercise comprised of situps and push-ups daily, in the evenings. Depends on how I feel later today. If not ill just add them to my morning exercise. I'm just happy I was able to push out more than 1 set. Walked 2 miles afterwards and ate some peanut butter pretzels for breakfast just so I had something to take my meds with. Ate some pork belly and dumplings for lunch and no idea whats for dinner.
