I am trying to figure out what’s going on. I looked online and it said diet soda can stall your weight. I’ve been drinking 2-4 cans of soda a day for months. Maybe that’s the issue.

I've been too depressed to step on the scale. I'm still being careful about what I eat. And I try to exercise. Yesterday didn't go well. I was in bed all day. Today I will try my yoga.

I’m still doing my disco dancing for exercise. I’m up to 4 songs in the morning and 2 in the evening. I’ve lost between 55-60 pounds now but I’m staying off the scale for a few days because I’ve been celebrating a birthday and then tomorrow is Mother’s Day and my birthday and then shortly after is mom’s birthday. I’m going to work on limiting the cake and lasagna.

I went out walking then went up the stairs 20 flights. I ate cereal and drank coffee this morning. I feel fine!!

I'm feeling lighter and I'm moving around easier. I can tell a big difference compared to a couple of weeks ago. I'm still eating well and doing my exercises.

I’ve been eating a lot of processed meals, a lot of soda, and a lot of salt these past few months. So today I had a pizza puff, and a couple small things from Sonic for breakfast, but I didn’t have any soda, and I had 2 pouches of tuna for lunch, and a small piece of steak for the rest of the day.

I ate a chicken salad and drank veggie juice. I also had coffee and cereal this morning. So far so good. I walked outside and went up 20 flight of stairs again. I feel great!! But, I'm still chubby?!!!

Today ate usual breakfast, toast with peanut butter, coffee yogurt, and mocha coffee. For lunch fish sandwich and fries, and ice tea, and for dinner ate yogurt, toasted bagel with a few slices cheese, a few pieces dark chocolate and unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon. Walked my dog in the afternoon. Not trying to lose weight just want to stay healthy and avoid long term health conditions.

i've lost 10 pounds since being furloughed late march. this morning i woke up and weighed 137 lbs. i'm 5'3" so i'm ready to get down to 120 lbs or lower. i started walking/jogging again since i have time to do so not working. i don't exercise every day. i wish i had more discipline. today i ate 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 chicken breast, 1/4 cup black beans, 2 tomatoes, approx 1/3 cup rice, an apple, and some bread with alfredo sauce. approximately 1300 calories.

despite losing 10 pounds i still feel fat and insecure. bmi says 140 lbs is my cut off for a healthy weight. i'm sure that only applies if i'm very muscular, since muscle weighs more than fat. i'm not muscular so i'm disproportionately fat and need to be less than 140.

I had a piece of chicken for breakfast. Then I had 2 whoppers with no mayonnaise for lunch. I’m not sure what I’m going to have for dinner. Maybe nothing. Or maybe some tuna. So far I’m at 1,090 calories for the day. I haven’t had any soda in 3 days.

I have been using Intermittent Fasting and seems to be my new "secret weapon" for weight loss. The other one is no table salt and no high-sodium foods. Seeing gradual weight loss...nothing earth shattering but consistent. Eventually I will meet my BMI goal. I intend to continue to do Intermittent Fasting which isn't hard to incorporate as I live alone.

I had a difficult evening. I overate on some Atkins bars. I was stressing. And then I stuffed myself with a yogurt. Nothing terribly bad but still I overate. Part of me wonders if I take the time to have a cooked meal at night if I will do better later in the evening. I think tonight I will make spaghetti and meatballs with lentil pasta.

I’m still sort of full from yesterday despite the fact I didn’t actually overeat calorie wise. Yesterday was only 1,160 for the day. So far today I’ve had a can of pears and a Kit Kat. I’m not sure what else I’ll be eating. Maybe some almond butter and Ritz crackers.

woke up and weighed 137. ran/walked 5 miles. ate a bowl of pasta w/chili oil and an orange today. probably 700 calories. i've been in a low mood all week. almost reminds me of pms.

I haven't lost any weight. But I've been sticking to my new eating plan and doing my exercises. Hopefully one day soon I will go down a couple of pounds.

I haven’t weighed myself in the morning in awhile, but the other day I weighed 173 in the afternoon. So I know I’m losing weight. I had no idea soda and frozen meals messed you up that badly.

Today I had a couple pretzel rolls and some peanut butter. Lunch is going to be a salad, a Halo, and a brownie, and dinner is going to be a sandwich and another Halo. 1,214 calories.

172.2 today. I had a big glass of water and a pretzel roll this morning before I weighed myself. So I’m making progress.

I feel like crap today both physically and mentally so I’m not sure what I’ll be eating.

yesterday i ran and mostly walked 5 miles. i ate a potato (300?) (roasted with 1/2 tablespoon of oil (60cal) and dunked in alfredo sauce (70cal), an apple (90), and some broccoli (30). total 550-600. i weighed 136 when i woke up.

i woke up today and weighed 135. i had a bowl of cereal (200cal). i'll probably have another bowl of cereal, some fruit, and broccoli. i don't think i will exercise today. maybe i'll do some strength training for my abs.

I'm continuing to eat well. Yesterday I made beans and rice with corn. It was high in carbs but it was really healthy for you. Everything else I ate was low carb. I had PT yesterday morning, so I got a good work out.

Kicked it up a notch. One mile warmup jog to the track. One mile sprint @ 5:48. Four mile run @ 26:37. AbRipper X. 3 sets of pullups.

I did it! I finally lost another pound. So that makes a total of 9 pounds. Just 3 more to go and I'll be at my first goal. I'm so motivated now. And I had blueberries today - my favorite.
