Still 167. I had around 1400 calories today. I was incredibly anxious and sweaty all day and moving a lot so I’m sure I burned something.

Managed to stay under usual calorie intake of 1700 to 1800 today,I had I550 today.That's good.I resisted all my cravings.I planned a menu for tomorrow,comes to 1300 calories,if I can do that it will be amazing.If I can maintain that daily I will be really happy.

finally started up weight training again. last time i weighed myself i was down, but i fear i'm back up again. hopefully this new addition to my workouts will help. i've also been trying to maintain eating less and healthier. not always easy though. we will see. trying to stay positive, but i always have this nagging doubt there. sigh!

Staying on track,keeping a food diary,recording everything I eat and counting calories,managing to stay under 1500 so far this week.Losing slowly and steadily,Its a marathon not a sprint.

I gained 5 pounds in 2 days. Weird. I think I got my period though. I had cramps yesterday and I think I’m starting to spot very lightly. I had a med change last week and this med can interfere with the effectiveness of my birth control.

I weighed myself yesterday expecting to be 174. I was 170. I checked again to make sure and yeah, 170. So I mean yeah, I’m not losing but I haven’t gained since Christmas so I don’t know what I’m so paranoid about. I did buy some cookbooks today from the bookstore so I’m hoping I can figure out how to make a few healthy recipes so I’m not eating out all the time or eating TV dinners.

Besides the Coke today I ate pretty heathy. A bit on the low side at only 1,130 calories. I had a 4 cheese soufflé, an iced green tea, a capreese zucchini boat, a cinnamon Coke and a serving of reurvus rancheros on 2 corn tortillas.

Well I was weighed at weight class yesterday,I gained a pound,over the last four weeks attending weight class I only lost two pounds but I gained it back again.I am now back at the weight I was when I started weight class.Today's calorie intake not looking good,I made Balti curry and there's rice and naan bread and I promised myself some ice creme and we are having alcohol later.I have been planning this treat day for my niece and I for ages,so I am going to go ahead and have it.Tomorrow though I am starting strict,no more than 1200 calories a day,from tomorrow,every day from tomorrow onwards and I must exercise every day too.I do not want another month to go by with me not losing any weight!

I'm back on track,staying below 1500 calories a day.Hopefully I will stick to it,I plan to stick to it and allow myself a treat once a month,the people at weight class said you are more likely to keep at it and not give up altogether if you allow yourself a treat to look forward to every so often,so that is what I aim to do.
Yesterday I ate curry for lunch with rice ,naan bread and poppadoms and chutney.I had alcohol too,an ice creme and a vegan burger and chips for dinner.So I went over my calorie allowance but I did ok today.Tomorrow I will keep to the calorie restriction and also do some exercise,even better. I hope I lose weight by thursday at least two pounds. |

Today I had a can of soup which I didn’t finish, a grilled cheese sandwich, 2 small turkey sausage and egg burritos, and a Stouffers lasagna. I just had zero sugar soda today. My calories equaled to around 1,236 but probably less.

168 at 5:30 last night so you know, I’m thinking 2 pound difference at night I’m going to be 166 today. I weighed myself half an hour ago and I was 168. Seriously? I gained a since yesterday despite eating 1200 calories. I swear my metabolism is whack.

Haven't weighed myself in awhile, but I have done weights twice since last posted and continuing the yoga and walking routines. Hopefully I'm keeping down the weight. Maybe will get to check this weekend.

Ok. It’s the Middle of the afternoon. I just weighed myself. 168.6 pounds. You always weigh more in the afternoon. I have eaten 1,240 calories. Probably a few less. I have got to be less tomorrow or I’m throwing the scale.

I just weighed myself and I was 168.6. Yeah the scale isn’t even budging an oz. weird thing is my pants that I almost took back to the store because they were too tight are now much looser on me. So I have no idea what’s going on.

I missed weight class today,I was ill with severe depression,I couldn't face the people and sitting through the presentation.
So I went to the internet cafe and printed some notes for a trauma and recovery workshop that I am attending on Saturday. I think I have lost weight but not going to class I didn't get weighed.I will find out when I go to class next week. |
