I'm back on track,staying below 1500 calories a day.Hopefully I will stick to it,I plan to stick to it and allow myself a treat once a month,the people at weight class said you are more likely to keep at it and not give up altogether if you allow yourself a treat to look forward to every so often,so that is what I aim to do.
Yesterday I ate curry for lunch with rice ,naan bread and poppadoms and chutney.I had alcohol too,an ice creme and a vegan burger and chips for dinner.So I went over my calorie allowance but I did ok today.Tomorrow I will keep to the calorie restriction and also do some exercise,even better. I hope I lose weight by thursday at least two pounds. |

Today I had a can of soup which I didn’t finish, a grilled cheese sandwich, 2 small turkey sausage and egg burritos, and a Stouffers lasagna. I just had zero sugar soda today. My calories equaled to around 1,236 but probably less.

168 at 5:30 last night so you know, I’m thinking 2 pound difference at night I’m going to be 166 today. I weighed myself half an hour ago and I was 168. Seriously? I gained a since yesterday despite eating 1200 calories. I swear my metabolism is whack.

Haven't weighed myself in awhile, but I have done weights twice since last posted and continuing the yoga and walking routines. Hopefully I'm keeping down the weight. Maybe will get to check this weekend.

Ok. It’s the Middle of the afternoon. I just weighed myself. 168.6 pounds. You always weigh more in the afternoon. I have eaten 1,240 calories. Probably a few less. I have got to be less tomorrow or I’m throwing the scale.

I just weighed myself and I was 168.6. Yeah the scale isn’t even budging an oz. weird thing is my pants that I almost took back to the store because they were too tight are now much looser on me. So I have no idea what’s going on.

I missed weight class today,I was ill with severe depression,I couldn't face the people and sitting through the presentation.
So I went to the internet cafe and printed some notes for a trauma and recovery workshop that I am attending on Saturday. I think I have lost weight but not going to class I didn't get weighed.I will find out when I go to class next week. |

I only had 886 calories today. All food, and decent stuff at least. My stomach is off and my anxiety sucks. Also I’m very tired.

too few calories? you're probably in preservation mode right now. try eating mostly fats and proteins and limit carbs. I know easier to say than to put into practice :/

I havent exercised in a few days, and I don't feel up to doing my walking or yoga routines right now, but I did weight lift for biceps, triceps, and shoulders tonight.

So I weighed myself this afternoon around 1 and I was 170. I ate low cal all day and I just weighed myself tonight and I was 171. How am I gaining weight from eating low calorie? Please someone tell me what I’m doing wrong. Today I had a Coke, a Panera bread bowl, and a steak. It all equaled to 1,240 calories. It shouldn’t be possible for me to gain on that amount of calories. Please someone help.

My therapist even seemed confused by the 6 pound weight gain. I know I’ve been dealing with PMS for 3 weeks and I’m not getting my period. I went off my birth control 3 weeks ago. I’m stating this meal plan similar to nutrisystem on Friday. I pick up my first set of meals tomorrow afternoon. It’s expensive but my mom, my therapist, and myself think it’s a good idea. I also could possibly save money by eating only these meals and cutting out all other foods including groceries, restaurant's, fast food, and coffee runs.

So I added weight training to my wprkouts and i lost 3lbs over 2 weeks. then I didn't lift and ate cookies for a week. I'm back up those 3lbs. Weight loss is hard man!

I have my meals for the next 3 day’s. I’m going to change up the times I eat. I’m going to eat breakfast at 8:00 instead of at 8:30. Then I’m going to eat lunch at noon instead of at 11. Snack will be at 2 instead of at 1. Then dinner will be at 5:30 instead of 3:30.

Will run, swim, abs and lift today. I average between 3 to 5 miles on the road, track or treadmill. I try to swim at least 800 m open water or half a mile in the lap pool. I alternate with P90X or Insanity. 128 lbs this morning.
Tomorrow is fencing practice and Sunday is kendo practice. |

I weighed in at 173 exactly today. I had my first set of meals. I had a small blueberry muffin with cream cheese, and a small pear for breakfast. Lunch was a couple flaxseed crackers with a cheese spread, a small container of cottage cheese, and a small fruit tray. And dinner was a spinach pasta with chicken, and slices of zucchini on the side. I also had an Activa yogurt and a string cheese as a snack. Everything was 1,130 calories. So a bit low, but ok for right now. I love that the meals are individually packaged with the labels and nutrition info clearly labeled on the front.
