Yes, thank you.

Today my weight was the usual. I swear the scale is just stuck. I literally had to buy 2 new pairs of jeans because mine are too big. Today I had the usual turkey sausage and egg burritos for breakfast. Then for lunch I had an Amy’s Indian TV dinner. For dinner I had a No Name steak and a grocery store lobster tail with no butter. I also had an iced green tea and a bottle of pomegranate goji berry apple cider vinegar. Both good for weight loss. Total it was about 1,250 calories for the day.
