I've been walking at least 8k steps a day since Sunday. I plan to continue this and gradually increase my steps. I did 10k twice. That's my next goal. I'm going to work up to 15k. And see where it takes my weight.

Additionally, I'm trying to get myself to eat according to WW. Small changes are occurring. I get tea instead of coffee at the coffee shop. Tea is zero points coffees there are like 20. And I'm allowed 27 a day. Currently eating around 45. I buy creamer at the store to make my own 4 point mochas at home with my premier protein.
