Has anyone been able to lose weight while on seroquel? I've been gaining on it and am concerned about it so I was wondering if anyone has any tips for combating the weight gain. I know exercise and eating healthy help of course, it just sometimes seems like I've gained despite that. Is there any particular type of exercise that would help or foods I should try to avoid?

Can you try taking it at night and then going straight to bed? I do that with my Geodon and it helps a lot with my hunger.

Yeah, I take it at night already, it's 600mg, I'm hoping the weight doesn't get too out of control, I'm trying my best to be careful with what I eat and stay active

Just do your best to avoid sugars and carbs, and you should be able to maintain your weight pretty easily. Focus on your diet and get some regular exercise. If you're familiar with HGH, you may want to consider it too. However, it can be a little pricey but you'll be able not only to maintain your weight but built a stronger body as well.
