I connected to an eating disorder clinic through my case manager. I have to take a break from dieting and weight loss surgery and just everything in order to regain control of my eating. Kind of concerned I'll gain a bunch of weight, but I want to get better.

So 1 rule is no weighing yourself. Well i have twice once with clothes and shoes not an accurate weight just to see if i was gaining tons, i wasn't. I weighed myself yesterday and I'm down a decade about 3 lbs. I've not been dieting eating crap even just cause they said feed your cravings urges etc. It really is changing how i eat. And it's just the first week. My diet is completely changing naturally.
