I used to weight myself once every three weeks. Then I stopped once I started a new medical treatments. I decided to stop taking one of the medications, it was causing too much weight gain and other side effects. I hope in the next few months my monthly medical treatments start working and I can return to the gym. The last few months I’ve been restricted to walking.

I was 164.4 this morning. Then I weighed myself an hour later for some reason after having drunk a Coke and I was a pound heavier. So I’m going to go with 164.4. It’s taking forever to lose a single pound at a time but I’m hoping to be below 164 tomorrow. 2 days after my initial goal.
So far I’ve had the 20oz orange Vanilla Coke and 2 servings of Life cereal. I’m honestly very tired of food and eating but if I don’t eat small meals throughout the day I get very moody and sick to my stomach. __________________ I'm Blue |

I had 2 protein bars, a Nutrition shake, a bowl of cereal, and a protein smoothie today. Tomorrow I am planning on taking a walk and then also getting on the treadmill to walk some more

I lost another pound. One more pound and I'll celebrate. I'll do something nice for myself. I'll be at the 280 mark.

I was 167.2 today. It was weird because Friday I was 164. I ate my usual 1200 calories. Then when I weighed myself Saturday morning I was 166. Which made zero sense with how I’ve been eating lately. Saturday I had a cheat day because I got my shot super early in the morning instead of at night. So I was hungry. I was 168 yesterday. Yesterday I ate my normal calories and today I’m 167.2.
So I don’t know what all that was about. Although I’m showing a lot of the physical signs of PMS. So far today I’ve had 2 servings of cinnamon French toast crunch. Which was 300 calories total. That is the 6th box of cereal I’ve started. I finished the Life cereal yesterday. I plan on having a couple rice cakes in a bit so I can finish the bag. I’m not sure what else I’ll be eating but I’m hoping to find the new Mountain Dew so if I find it I plan on having one today. __________________ I'm Blue |

I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes today. Burned 113 calories doing that.
Had a shake and protein bar for breakfast, a bowl of cereal for lunch. Dinner will either be oatmeal or soup. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

I took a walk to CVS that was 4,000 steps and mostly up a very long steep hill. Getting on the treadmill later for 30 minutes.
I had a nutrition shake for breakfast. I’m planning on having oatmeal for lunch then a cheeseburger for dinner Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

My weight has been all over the place. I’ll step on the scale 3 times in a row and I’ll get a different number each time. I wonder if it’s the amount of water I’ve been drinking. I’ve been drinking a lot these last couple of days. Today I had a bowl of French toast crunch cereal. Then I had a bowl of blueberry shredded wheat. Both of these were without milk. I don’t use milk in my cereal. Then I came home from running errands and according to my phone I burned 149 calories. Just running errands for a couple hours. I had a serving of tomato Goldfish and a caramel rice cake for lunch. Dinner will be a turkey burger. That puts me at 1010 calories. Way too low. So I’ll probably have more Goldfish or another bowl of French toast crunch.

My weight dropped a few pounds since yesterday. So I’m now 166. I figured since what I ate yesterday worked out I’d just do it all again today. So I had the French toast crunch for breakfast along with a bottle of Body Armor. Then I had the blueberry shredded wheat around 10:30. Lunch was 2 caramel rice cakes. Then I had another serving of French toast crunch, a rice cake, and a serving of tomato Goldfish for a snack. Dinner will be another turkey burger. I had 3 20oz zero sugar sodas today but I had a big water bottle full of water when I got home. So I’m hoping that’s what I need to eat in order to get to my next goal of 163.

I was 164 exactly today. I ate the same stuff yesterday that I did the other day. And I weighed myself at about the same time this morning. I wanted real food today and to me real food was a small plain cheese cauliflower crust pizza. I had 2 pieces. Then I’ll have 3 more for a snack. Then a turkey burger for dinner. Breakfast was a bowl of French Crunch cereal, a coffee with Coke, and a bottle of Body Armor water. Then I had a caramel rice cake on my way out the door. I’ve had a couple mugs of unsweetened tea, and a couple zero sugar sodas. I have not had much water today which I need to drink. I’m not sure I’ll be under 164 tomorrow. Probably just because of the salt in the pizza. But I’m glad I’m back at this weight.
Right now with everything I’ve calculated I’m at 1275 calories. Although I may just have 2 pieces of pizza and the turkey burger. I just chugged a mug of hot vanilla tea. __________________ I'm Blue |

I was 163.2 today. I was super happy that I got there but also slightly concerned since I wasn’t feeling good yesterday so I only had 1,130 calories for the whole day. So far today I’ve had a bowl of French toast crunch cereal, and a 32oz thin and slim pumpkin smoothie. I plan on having more cereal, some rice cakes, some Goldfish, and my last turkey burger. I forgot to get more while I was out this morning but I have one left. I had my phone with me while I was out and my Noom thing says I’ve burnt 117 calories.
I’d like to have some black tea but my smoothie had a good amount of caffeine and I had a zero sugar mango Pepsi and a mug of low caffeine white rose tea this morning. So I should probably hold off on drinking more tea. My next weight goal is to get to 160. __________________ I'm Blue |

Last I checked, I was maintaining. I've been eating a little more lately but cut back on the housework.

I’m doing ok today. My weight was 165.2. I got hungry last night due to too much soda and not enough food. Today I had a few servings of cereal mostly. I had 2 servings each of blueberry shredded wheat and French toast crunch. A little bit more then 2 servings on the shredded wheat actually. I also had a serving of tomato Goldfish crackers and 2 Jack Links beef steaks. They have the same calories as the rice cakes do. Although I don’t know if all that sodium will get me in the *** tomorrow when I weigh myself. For dinner I plan having a turkey burger.
Not much excitement in food today. I had zero sugar and diet soda and no regular soda. I had my usual bottle of Body Armor though. I just ate because I had to and I’m in a routine with food the same way I am with meds. __________________ I'm Blue |

I weighed myself this morning and I was 165.4. Then I weighed myself before I took a shower and I was 166. I weighed myself after I took a shower and I was 167. On my moms scale I was 167.8.
What the ****? I think it was the beef jerky and then all the water I drank after it. I said the beef jerky might come get me today. I ate low cal all day yesterday. Theres no reason my weight should be up almost 5 pounds for no reason. Except if it’s water weight from the sticks which had 580 mil of sodium each. Today I plan and absolutely sticking to what I usually eat. Cereal, rice cakes, Goldfish crackers, a bottle of Body Armor, and a turkey burger. Since I know I will lose on that. I did have a can of iced coffee though this morning. I need to open a new box of cereal. I am opening my 8th box of cereal since the end of July. I have down 1244 calories for the day. __________________ I'm Blue Last edited by Mountaindewed; Sep 05, 2021 at 09:11 AM.. |

Well, I feel I've made a lot of progress in many ways in being healthy, but the scale is not shifting bc I'm not being consistent with my diet. So I'm going to try very hard this week to be consistent. I can only manage to set goals for one week at a time.
I want to keep my caloric intake between 1500 to 1700 calories this week. I had scrambled eggs with veggies this morning: 315 calories. For lunch I had an Amy's organic Mexican casserole: 380 calories. Dinner tonight after chamber ensemble will be chicken breast with veggies. Snacks will be fruit.
