I was 165.6 today. I weighed myself at 1:15 though and I probably would have been less if I had weighed myself at my normal 6AM time but I was hungry and couldnt wait until 6. I have no idea where I stand on my calories today since a lot of them were eaten before 7. Right now with chicken added in for dinner I am at 1250 calories. But I'm probably too low. So I have to figure out something else but I am lazy right now to make anything and I don't feel like dealing with premade stuff that may have a lot of sodium in it. So maybe I'll see if any of the vegetable tray is left.

I have no idea what my weight is but Im a little disappointed I havent been exercising as much lately. I want to get back to going to the gym but I have the dog to look after and if I leave him at my mums (where Im currently staying as we're looking for a new house) she is always home and will moan.
So I either need to suck it up and buy some weights and walk the dog more, or get back to the gym. Ive been looking for second hand dumbbells because theyre pretty expensive Maybe Ill go have a search for some just now. |

My Immunologist Asked If I Track Calories.
No. I Feel Tracking Calories is Part of Diet Culture. I like Being Aware of Ingredients, If a Food is Processed, the Amount of Calories and Sodium. I Eat Certain Foods in Moderation But I Don’t Believe in Count Calories/Restricting Calories. I Also Don’t Believe in Eating Healthy and Being Active for a Certain Amount of Time vs Eating Healthy and Being Active as a Lifestyle. I'm not really in the mood for food today. I had a couple little bags of Lays chips for lunch and I had a 16oz Mountain Dew around 1AM. I got a medium iced latte with skim milk and splenda early this morning. Basically all I want today is peanut M&Ms which I don't currently have at the moment. I don't feel sick. I don't know if I actually am though. currently I just don't feel like eating. I am at about 590 calories with the chips and drink.

I ate a little bowl of chicken cesar salad and then a pack of M&Ms for dinner last night. I bought 10 packs at the store. So I had about 1070 calories total yesterday. Today was kinda the same thing. I woke up early but only wanting a Mountain Dew. I had a bag of baked cheetos when I got up at 6:30. Then I had a 6inch standard meatball sub from Subway for lunch. I ordered a footlong but it didnt make me feel great so I gave the other half to my mom. Basically the only thing I want and that I feel wont upset my stomach is another pack of peanut M&Ms. But I'm just maintaning still.

I lost about 2.5 lbs in the past couple weeks. So now I'm 169.8 lbs. I'm happy about that. Hoping to keep losing 1-2 lbs a week.

I’m so tired of snow and ice storms.
Many businesses are closed because of inclement weather. Our trash service isn’t picking up. Tomorrow I’m going to try the virtual YMCA classes option. I’m assuming pre-recorded videos are uploaded. I subscribe to a few exercise, yoga channels on YouTube and have a few exercise videos that I own. I’m not comfortable going in-person to the YMCA or any gym. We don’t have masks mandates and a lot of people are out in public (grocery stores, post office etc) with masks on. I’m actually happy just taking my weekly trips to Whole Foods and Sprouts. Lol Everything else I do is virtually except my medical appointments. __________________ #SpoonieStrong Spoons are a visual representation used as a unit of measure to quantify how much energy individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses have throughout a given day. 1). I had my 1.5 weekly shot, my zofran, and my 20mil geodon this morning. Normally any one of those early in the morning wreaks my appetite. But my stomach is still off. I had a pepsi around 1:30AM and then 4 cheese blintzes around 7 something. I had a piece of celery with ranch from a vegetable tray. I had planned on just grazing on that for lunch and then having some frozen potato pancakes for dinner. Its tough to know whats going on. My pants were pretty loose today. I havent worn these jeans in awhile but I think my weight is just shifting. I've cut back on my soda intake because it was not making me feel good physically or mentally. Even caffeine free diet was making me sick. Even water has been throwing me off. I have a small glass I use to take my meds with. The only thing I can drink that does not cause issues is Lacroix. I only drink a couple sodas a day for the caffeine because I can get into these terrible caffeine withdrawels if I don't have any.

I was 165.2 today. Last night I just had some of a vegetable tray for dinner and then some peanut M&Ms. It was later then I normally eat and I just didnt feel like making food. So I'm not sure on my calories for yesterday. But then I woke up at 10:30 at night starving so I fixed a box of frozen potato pancakes and I ate 2 of those. I also had a can of Coke around 1AM. I had the rest of the pancakes for breakfast at 7AM. Then I got coffee around 9. Lunch will be a bag of M&Ms and then dinner will be a light cesar salad kit and I'll be right at my 1300 calorie goal.
I've been eating out of a vegetable tray all day and then for dinner I'll just have a couple pieces of london broil. So again I'm not really sure on my calories but my vegetables are not drenched in ranch dressing and I only go back to the tray every 45 minutes or so for one or 2 celery sticks and a cherry tomato. I did drink a zero sugar root beer about an hour ago and then needed a zofran. I opened another coffee cola Lacroix before the root beer hit me but I'm not sure if I'll finish the lacroix tonight or if I'll drink much of anything else today. __________________ Ridin' with Biden Last edited by Mountaindewed; Feb 26, 2022 at 03:27 PM.. |

Why are you drinking soda pop in the middle of the night? It makes my urethra spasm just thinking about it! Not to mention my kidneys. Bedtime should be a time of peace and bodily repair. Pop feels like an attack on the organs to me. Do you find it soothing, like it relieves nighttime heartburn or something?

I was 164.6 today. I had a 20oz full calorie coke at 4:30. Then I made some instant udon noodles for breakfast at 6:30 but I threw away the flavor packet and just ate the noodles plain. I also had a watermelon lime sparkling water. I got coffee at 8:30. Then I took out the vegetable tray about an hour ago. I counted out a serving of honey graham M&Ms that I'll eat in a bit. I'm dying for cake so I'm going to make an unfrosted funfetti cake and have a piece of that. Then dinner will be a couple pieces of london broil and a few string beans. I am at 1,170 calories which I know is low, but these past few days I have not been counting the vegetables I've eaten from the vegetable tray or the vegetables I've had with dinner and its been working out. I'm trying to drink another one of those coffee lacroixs and to be honest they really are pretty gross and nauseating.

Last time I weighed myself I was 168.4 lbs, so I'm steadily losing. I've been eating a lot healthier, cut out most added sugar. Only drinking water and black unsweetened coffee. Not eating pastries, candy etc lately. I'll check my weight again in a week.

I was 164 excatly today. I was hoping to be below 164 but its still a decent loss from yesterday. So far I've just had a regular Coke and a medium irish cream iced coffee with skim milk and splenda. I plan on having a can of tuna, a piece of the funfetti cake we made yesterday, some M&Ms, 2 pieces of baked chicken, then making up the remainder of my calories with vegetables from the vegetable tray. I got a big bottle of sparkling blueberry lemonade water I plan on drinking also.

I started exercising on my weirdo little pedal bike tonight. I cant believe i used to work up a sweat on it. I could barely move the pedals an inch it felt like, and still i got winded and had to slow down. But i kept at it or on it for an hour. My legs / knees were a little tingly when i went to brush my teeth. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. It felt good.

I was 164.4 today. Theres really no question about it I need to be very strict with my calories and weight now that I am off the testosterone for 3 months. My doctor did say it is unlikely that I'll redevlop any female features since I've had surgery, but I am still worried about fat redistribution. But since I'm not taking it and I'm not replacing it with any other hormones for 3 months then I think losing weight should be pretty easy since the testosterone was the only thing that made me hungry once I switched my psych meds to all at night and found a melatonin that didnt make me hungry.

I was 164 excatly today. I am kinda annoyed with this whole going between 164-164.4 thing. Last night I was too lazy to make dinner so I just didnt eat. I got up at 1AM to eat a string cheese and drink a can of Coke. I had another string cheese and a 20oz Coke for breakfast at about 6. Then at 10:30 I was way too hangry and I had to stop in the middle of running errands to get a hot dog and a diet Coke. I ate the hot dog in the front seat of the car really fast in about 4 bites. Talk about a choking hazard. My mom had to do the hemlich on my brother when he was 2 because he choked on a hot dog. Now I am at home and I have 420 calories left and I plan on having a bag of light cesar salad for dinner and maybe some eggs too or a bag of peanut M&Ms or something. I don't know. I'm going on a trip tommorow but if I plan things well I'll be fine.

I've been taking 45 minute walks on the treadmill every day and taking a lot of long walks outside in addition to that and have been sticking to 1200-1300 calories so I've been doing good. I'm a lot more active than I have been.

The first time I weighed myself was at 2 something and I was 164. Then I weighed myself again at 4 and I was 164.4. Finally I weighed myself at 5:45 before getting in the shower and I was 163.8. So I'm just gonna go with that number since I've been trying really hard for a few days to get below 164. I know it was kinda bad to weigh myself that much, but I was desperate.
So far today I've had a caffeine free Pepsi, 2 string cheeses, and a corn dog. I am at 540 calories and I've done a lot of moving around since I'm out of state. The only thing I'm craving right now is a diet Coke since I've been dehydrating myself so I can avoid public restrooms. But we are going out for a late lunch/early dinner after my pdoc appointment and I've already looked at the menu so I'll be right around 1,184 calories for the day because I forgot to pack the string cheese I had planned to eat. Today I've just been really busy. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I have no clue on my weight. So far today I've had about 900 something calories. I had 2 diet Cokes and one diet Pepsi. Dinner will be about 400. I did a lot of running around. I think I've lost something.
