I've had 1020 calories, 175 carbs and 47 grams of protein. Nothing stayed down today. I'm not sure what I'll eat or can eat for dinner.

No structure exercise today but logged a decent step count running errands.

Had dessert. Cheesecake with mango. Finished the mano and left some of the cheesecake on my dessert plate. I think it is important to do that from time to time. To enjoy and not to feel deprived. Important for mental wellness, too.

Went to the gym on Saturday and had a really good workout.

However, I've been cheating A LOT on my diet the past few days, but you know what? I am enjoying it. Dreading the scale though.

I've had 774 calories today. I had a Slim Fast and a Quest protein cookie among other snack thingys. My mom is making pasta salad and got some imitation crab meat for dinner. I'm not sure I'll eat though. I don't feel like puking.

I wish they'd stop showing that Subway commercial. Those wraps are gross. Everything falls out of the bottom.

I've lost weight but I'm not sure how much. Today I've had 1,110 calories, 170 carbs, and 10 grams of protein. Yeah I know thats bad. I moved around though. I went to the store and then all around the doctors building.

75 mins restorative yoga.

No other exercise these days as I hurt my foot trying to walk in sandals on high platforms. Darn!

I am feeling better, though, and trust that I will recover sooner rather than later.

I ate a donut yesterday and I was over a pound less this morning. You can still lose weight just from good old eating less calories. I had about 1440 calories yesterday. Today I've had kind of a lot of calories for this time of day (according to me) but I've also been pretty sick, so idk.

I've eaten 1320 calories today. But I'm super high on sodium. I managed to keep everything down after I threw up breakfast

Yin yoga 60 mins. Deep stretches and long held poses. Loved it.

I've been finding YouTube videos showing seated exercises for seniors and/or beginners. I can do standing exercises as long as I have both feet on the ground. Anything that requires me lifiting one foot while turning or twisting, forget it. And the ones that require lying on the ground are out of the question. I wouldn't be able to get back up again.

I also work out with dumbbells., after rehabbing a wrist injury. I can do 12 reps each of curl, row, fly, lateral raise, and press, with 10 pounds in each hand.

Oh, and I'm back to being able to touch the floor with my hands. I can *almost* perform a squat, and I guess I can call it a squat, but it isn't very deep.

I've had 1,125 calories today. I haven't been too hungry but I've legit eaten today. Breakfast was an apple, lunch was a pouch of tuna and a thing of sunbutter, and dinner was some autumn squash soup. Idk what actually stayed in though.

It is pouring cats and dogs. Everyone is complaining but me. I love this weather. I will put on my weighted vest, a raincoat over it, and go for a long walk.

That is impressive. Have you tried seated yoga? It is amazing how many food stretches you can do while seated.

Im sure you meant "good" stretches, but you would be even more surprised at how many actual food stretches i can do while seated.

That sounds good, when it comes to squats I’ve been told it doesn’t matter how deep they are so much that you hold the correct form (back straight) that pretty much goes for most stretches and poses.
