I tried to walk this morning, but I didn't make it even halfway down the road before I turned back and went home because I still hurt to much. Ugh!
I finally figured I would try to do pilates because I have most of the pain when I put weight on my right leg. I have a gentle beginner's pilates video I like on YouTube and was able to do that without pain, even the leg lifts. I may be a little sore from it tomorrow but hopefully not too bad. It's not walking or running which I prefer but at least it's some exercise and the end of the video is stretching, so that's nice. __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, anorexia, panic disorder, ADHD Seroquel, Cymbalta, propanolol, buspirone, Trazodone, gabapentin, lamotrigine, hydroxyzine, There's a crack in everything. My doctor suggested a couple brands of protein drinks today. I had a can of soup with 20 grams of protein and a few pieces of cheese with a lot of protein. I'm not sure on dinner.
I ended up eating about 1480 calories and 118 grams of protein. For dinner I had one of each of those protein drinks with 30 grams of protein each and then my cheese had 36 and my soup had 20 grams of protein. My carbs are pretty low. My sodium is a bit high but only about 2,350 or so. My goal is to stay under 2300. __________________ I'm Blue Last edited by Mountaindewed; Yesterday at 06:40 PM.. |

I did pilates again today I'd rather be able to walk, but I have to say, this is one frustrating injury & I cannot wait for it to heal! I am a bit sore from the pilates though even though it's a basic beginner video!
