That is awesome! What a great workout!

I did a 6 mi power walk this morning, but conditions were not optimal for my normal pace, had to slow down a little. It was foggy with a light rain, and the roads were slick & wet. I definitely did not want to fall and injure myself again!

I wanted to use the outside weights at the park, but they were wet today because it rained hard yesterday; the overhead covering did not keep them dry. Thinking about getting out my dumbells and doing a few arm exercises later.

No formal exercise yesterday but did chores and that helped my step count.

I did an hour of walking today. 30 minutes outside and 30 minutes on the treadmill at an incline of 7. Plus all the random walking around my apartment cleaning and whatnot. I hit my 10,000 step goal. I might do some yoga, weights and squats with resistance bands tonight.

I’m really getting into audiobooks. I have an easier time focusing on them when I’m simultaneously physically active while listening to them whether that’s walking on the treadmill, or walking around the apartment and doing other exercises. It makes it more exciting

I did 70 push ups with my ab roller. My meds are making me not too hungry. I only ate 2 of the 4 pancakes I made, and I only ate half the bag of popcorn. I'm just having an easier time in general controlling things

I have 2 servings of M&Ms on my bed I'm not paying attention to.

I slowed down and did pilates today. My body was tired. Hopefully, I'll go walking tomorrow.

I did 160 push ups with my ab roller early this morning. I had a protein shake and a pack of Ritz peanut butter crackers for breakfast. I don't have any plans for food. I'll just eat when or if I get hungry.

I took a long power walk this morning, stopping at the park to use the ab and weight machines. I need a new workout playlist though!

Yeah those playlists need a shake up sometimes to get the motivation I find.

I ran this morning first in a week but felt comfortable, weather has settled, no wind just a slight breeze. It was pitch dark at 7am when I went out and still dark when I came back, no sunrise yet and it’s almost 8am. It was dark at 3pm yesterday afternoon, these are the challenging time mentally. Running helps.

Awesome that you are running @Discombobulated! I wish I could run again, but jogging has been too hard on my body.

I have been power walking in the morning. It is usually still dark when I start, but often I see the sunrise, so that is nice. Here it is dark until around 7 AM and sun sets around 5:30 PM now. Shorter days than usual for here, but at least the winter days are not as short as where you live! I cannot imagine living someplace where it gets dark at 3 PM!

The weather this morning was cold for here, 42F. Even though I wore gloves, the Raynaud's phenomenon I have in my fingers still acted up. Cold always affects my fingers so much.

I had a personal training session yesterday but did not walk. Today I have a low grade headache, probably from still adjusting to Naltrexone. Not sure If will be able to do much today, but for tomorrow I have walks planned already, to and from appointments. This is my favorite type of walking: when you have a purpose to get somewhere on your feet.

I like walking to places/appointments too.

Power walking sounds a great compromise Blueberry and hope your foot is doing okay?

I got a run in again this morning, it’s calm and ideal conditions, very dark again but nice to see the lights on trees and in gardens.

Awesome @Buffy01! Yay for progress!

@Tart Cherry Jam - Walking is great exercise. I wish I lived where I could walk to appointments, stores, etc., but everything is so spaced out; there is only 1 Walgreens store I can walk to, usually having to jaywalk the street because of the crosswalk light being broken.

I slowed down today and did pilates. I was pretty tired and my body needing a break from power walking. May or may not walk tomorrow; there is a good chance of rain, and it is also my daughter's birthday.

I live in a pretty good area for walking. Am really fortunate in that regard.

I did Yin yoga today. I am planning to walk in the evening while wearing a 12 lb weighted vest. It is raining and I love the smell of air when it rains. I may even put on my almost new rain boots for the first time this season.

Hope your daughter’s birthday goes well Blueberry.

I got another run in this morning, first time in a while I got 3 runs a week in. So I’m feeling accomplished, although busy week coming up means I probably won’t manage that this coming week.

I went for a long power walk this morning. Happy I got bananas this week; I like to eat a banana prior to exercising to give me some energy but not to feel over-full beforehand.

It's awesome you have a personal trainer. How long have you been doing personal training?

I took a pretty long power walk this morning, 5.25 mi. Probably I'm the only person here who actually thinks walking in 65F weather with 70% humidity and a slight breeze isn't all that bad. A little cooler wouldn't hurt, but I definitely think I prefer the heat to the cold.
