Ok my internet use at work is getting out of hand. I could seriously lose my job over this if they ever run my history.
I've tried turning on Content Advisor in internet explorer, but then I got desperate and googled (at home) how to disable the password. So that only lasted a couple days. I'm not allowed to install new programs on my computer without an administrator password. So I couldn't install some type of parental control software. I'm thinking about trying to talk to someone in I.T. about letting me install something, and then having them know the password and not me. But this would involve admitting my addiction, which could get to my boss. What should I do??? Self-control, yes, I know. But what if I don't have any?

Are you trying to completely eliminate being able to go on specific websites, or perhaps just limit the amount of time you spend on websites that may be interfering with your productivity? http://www.onetipaday.com/2009/05/11...ite-you-visit/ Your other option is to use the Content Advisor thing, and to use some sort of self control or unlearn how to deactivate it. You could also consider therapy or self help groups or treatment centres for addiction.
