my name is ricardo
i have a serious case of internet addiction as if it was a drug
yesterday i reached my limit, i thought i was gonna die. heart problems. it was night and in bed i didnt want to move cause effort made me have pain. my mom made me stay in be with parents a bit then i went to my bed
as im writting right now i still have a bit of those heart/nervous problems as my neck starts hurting very painfully... i just had lunch and because its rainny to go outside go have a bike walk i decided to come use google and search for a site like this... only started hurting now when i was writting this...

thing is im cerebral, a term i invented meaning my head works over my body ignoring how i feel... yesterday the pain was such i couldnt ignore my body no more... i feel like i have to finish and send you this. the pain i have now is in my neck besides being unconsciously contracted because of the computer/internet

god bless you all with the same problem. i need help
i hope something helpful may emerge in this thread

im 23 years old and im not a "religious" person

The first thing you need to do is reduce the harm from sitting in front of the computer for prolonged periods of time, because sitting makes your body ache, and eventually leads to obesity in some people and early death (earlier by a whole 2 years). Is it possible for you to take your laptop, if what you have is a laptop, and put it on the floor or on a couch and lie down on your tummy to use it? Doing so will promptly relieve some of your pain.

Hi ricardo,
I hope this forum can help you with your addiction. I can't help you with that, but I would like to encourage you!!
Please go see a chiropractor to help with the physical problems you may be facing. Maximized Living is the number one system out there, and doctors are focused on whole-body wellness.
Good luck!
