Welcome to PC, ryang31! If you feel that you might have ADHD I would suggest that you visit with a mental health professional to get a proper diagnosis. Once you do have a proper diagnosis they will better be able to assist you with what you need to manage it. Rather it be medication, therapy, or a combination of the two.
As for your situation with the TV. Have you tried to call the place that is handling it to get things sorted out? Best wishes! |

Hello ryang31, welcome to Psych Central.
Here are some tests you can take to get a better idea of what your mental health concerns are >>> Psychological Tests and Quizzes There are test there for ADHD and autism and you can print out the results. You next step would be to go and see your doctor as there are treatments that can help you. As far as your concerns with the TV licence, give them a ring, if you let them know that you have problems they can sort out an affordable payment plan. If you are in the UK, you can contact the citizens advice service Citizens Advice - the charity for your community If you are in the USA there must be charities similar to the one above. Here are some other helplines you can try >>>> Telephone, Hotlines and Help lines | Psych Central
