I could swear there was a technology forum at one point, but I can't seem to find it.

Question: I use safari on iPad, and it does not allow me to do hugs and than you's about 90% of the time is there something extra I need to do? On a Mac computer I have no problem with safari, but I can't remember if my iPhone using safari causes problems.

Will you help me if you can. Thank you in advance.

I find if I leave it open in the background to re-access it, I start to have this problem. Exiting the browser window for safari or whichever one, closing the program completely, and then going back in, it can clear it up that I have access to hugs, thank you's, and smiley's again. If that still does not work, clearing cookies can help as well. Perhaps either of these two will help.

There is more information for help about this in the Community forum at the top for future reference, the link is below. I hope you get it straightened out or find the answers that you need if these do not work. Good luck!
