its kind of hard not knowing what's going on within you. this is frustrating you hate yourself and so the others. love does not exist for you. so sorry.

You should let go of the bad vibes in your life. If you're going to hate yourself, how would people going to like you. Change your lifestyle. Love do exists. You just need to appreciate things no matter how small they are.
Thanks for this!

Could it be, part lacking self confidence and part lacking the ability to trust others?
Sometimes we hold ourselves to such a high-level of expectation, that we forget everyone else around us, has similar struggles.

What makes you, less lovable, than the next person?

not sure if you have a diagnosis, but this sounds like depression or borderline personality disorder. i have a family member with bpd and self hatred is a hallmark. they also feel emotionally chaotic.
Thanks for this!

Since this is a psych forum I would suggest the problem is more than just lifting yourself by your own bootstraps. A dynamic relationship therapy, where you learn how to feel and express feeling with a trained, caring therapist, would be the best chance of deep, lasting change that results in being able to love and be loved.
Thanks for this!
