Hello Emily, welcome to Psych Central.

I'm so glad you have plucked up the courage to go and see the doctor about this. If you feel really nervous before hand, why not write down a few things on a bit of paper to help you remember what to say. The doctor is there to help you and you will be fine. Let us know how you get on, ok.

Good luck Emily! I'm proud of you for deciding to go Tell to the doctor what made you feel that you need help. And yes, make us know
