Why do I feel this. I feel like I've been betrayed. One thing and then another thing and then- I blow up and feel like unleashing it. People lying to me. I am trying to hold myself back but I am not sure if I can. It's more like I feel like people have lied to me and then I feel this deep hatred and anger towards people who have done this to me. Is it rational? Are they actually betraying me or is it just my mind- It's more like my mind already knew. It was just connecting the dots and waiting for when my mood became instantly volatile out of nowhere. I'm very pissed at the moment and want to rid myself of people. |

Hello Robot Jones, I can't tell if you have really been betrayed without you giving more details. It could be that your feelings of betrayal are from unresolved past issues that are now coming to the front. Is the feeling constantly coming up? If so, it is likely a past issue that you need to seek therapy for.
