Why do things always seem bleaker first thing in the morning?
The weight of everything feels heavier right when I wake up. Any decisions or ideas I felt solid about the night before, by dawn I feel torn to pieces over. Does anybody else have this problem? |

I do when I have things I am stressing about. Like if I am depressed and have things I have to do but have no confidence that I will be able to do them. It causes me to think about it in my sleep all night and i wake up full of anxiety.
