I recently ran across a product at the local store, called "Mood Up Stress Down". It was in the vitamin and dietary supplement area. It's supposed to help Elevate mood, help stress, helps you feel good and balanced. I have a social anxiety/anxiety problem, Paranoia problems, Always suspicious in the relationship I'm in, Self esteem issues, anger problems, a tad bit of depression, and ADD/ADHD. The product sounds great to me. There is also another product called "Busy Brain Release" It is supposed to promote mental clarity, calmness, and help reduce racing thoughts without the sedative effect. I don't really want to take antidepressants because I'm a bit difficult (as you see with my symptoms) and it may take months or years to figure out the right meds for me, and I don't trust big pharma companies. So these two alternative things seem like a dream come true, but I have a few questions.
1. Are there any bad side effects for both products (including sexual. Like erectile dysfunction, decreased sex drive, no emotions, etc.?) 2. Do you think it will actually work? 3. will I go through withdrawls if I run out? (making my emotions worse?)

It would help if you listed all the ingredients of these products. The vitamin and supplement industry make all kinds of claims.
