The mental health workers keep fabricating events. I know I should jump to them and make sure these people are happy, but I keep having a hard time falling for the facades. What should I do? Should I just cater to everyone whether or not I believe these people are really in need of help. I mean, should the mental health workers make more of an attempt to appear real?

What are your mental health team saying? They are supposed to be there to help you, are you able to speak up and let them know what you feel? Maybe you could write it down.

question are you still inpatent in the state hospital and are these mental health people you are posting here in this thread the same ones you posted about that you felt were hypnotizing you, telling you to contact the FBI, hypnotizing/changing your mother to make her make you sleep on the street when you went to visit her, the same mental health workers that you posted were trying to kill you, the same mental health workers you feel turned you into a sex slave, the same mental health workers that want to put you on anti psychotics for your hallucinations and delusions?

if so please give the medications a try. doing so will probably clear up this whole situation and you will be feeling a lot better and more in control of your life and see that these treatment providers may indeed be trying to help you.

i know its hard taking meds from people you may not trust in the frame of mind you are in but when these things happen to me a trusted person told me what better way to find out whether the treatment providers are really trying to help me or not than to take the meds so that I can think with a clear mind and see things for how they really are, with out delusions and hallucinations derailing everything.

please give the meds a try. and then if they are still doing all these things your mental disorder may be telling you they are doing you can report them to the state mental health board who will take away their abilities to harm you.

No, this happened about 2 years ago when I was at a group home.

I meant to say that they really were not trying to help me.

I would suggest showing them exactly what you have written here, they need to know that you are finding it difficult to trust them. I know you said that you don't journal but I find it easier sometimes to write things down and share, I just thought that might help you too.
