I've been in & out of therapy since 2010.. Marital problems then I lost my 16 yr old daughter suddenly.. Eventually got on remeron 45 for sleep Wellbutrin 300 & valium5 3x a day. Was doing really well got off Wellbutrin for several months & still good.. Then the "cloud" of depression came back. Started back on Wellbutrin for nearly 3 months. No help. Now the Valium does very little. If tried taking 10mg Valium at a time -no help. Seeing therapist weekly but can't see dr for another month!! Really want to get started on new meds- gotta find relief.. This is absolutely taken over my life.. Not sure what to do.. Or even if there is anything I can do except wait a month - try new meds (for several weeks just to see if they work) but I am going to ask for another anxiety med while I wait on any new depression meds to work... Any thoughts???

I'm sorry you are hurting so much. Is there anyway you could call the doctor and get back in sooner? Sounds like it would be worth a try.

As my doctor has told me, you can always go to the ER, even for psych emergencies.
