My parents enrolled me to a free therapist program. I really like my therapist but she keeps forcing me to take psychiatric drugs by her conpany. She says she does the drug referrals to all people who get services.
I am nit interested in drugs treatment, I prefer speech therapy.

Can Sh report me to police if I refuse the drugs, company has my paremts as emergency contacts, can they call my paremts legally and tell them I refuse drugs.my parent wont be happy if they found out I refuse companies drugs.

Those are strong drugs Sh wants me to be on. Mitrazapine and haloperidole.

I get that company wants to make money off clients by putting them on drugs, but I want to prove a point and refuse, but I am afraid police and my emergency contact parents will be involved/called.
Therapist held it off for a week.
Had my parnets not giving their numbers as emergency contacts, I would say I refuse.

I am nit a threat or anything

Are you 18 or over? If yes... then in the US a doctor can only tell someone that if you signed a paper saying it's OK for them to do that. The only other way, would be if a judge issued an Order that said someone can have that information.

If you go off the medication and do become a threat to yourself or others, then yes, there is a chance the police or your parents could get involved.

If you are taking prescriptions now, and plan to stop, you need to tell your doctor so you can do it safely. Depending on drugs and dosages they may need to be tapered off. Also, just because you stop, they can still be working in your body for a while; meaning you could stop today, but not feel different for 2 or 3 weeks. It's important to ask your doctor what to expect.

It sounds like you got a psychiatrist through the free therapy program, and what you want is a therapist you talk to about stuff. Do they have that kind of therapist through the free program?

How come your parents want you to take drugs?

oh, and if you did sign a paper before saying it's OK for them to talk to your parents, you can undo it. Again, if you are a legal adult and there is no court order involved.
