The question is from Vanilla Cake and one of her friends. Vanilla Cake has bi-polar disorder type 2, rapid cycling and her friend who is male has bi-polar type 2 as well. Both have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. That is what they have in common.

Vanilla Cake is a recluse and has one real friend. Adam her friend is also a recluse by choice. Both of them have chosen to isolate themselves. Yet they are both lonely and freely admit this to each other. Both also seem to be on the way to the depressive end of the bi-polar cycle.

How can I help them?

I am Number 1 the system director.

Just to clarify, Adam is not an alter of Vanilla Cake's. He is a separate person living two towns away from us.

Hi, do you have a therapist? It's good that you have some insight and that is a start to making changes. Do you and your systerm understand why you isolate? Understanding the reasons why can help you, let me know your thoughts.
