I suffer from trauma too.. I'm diagnosed with complex trauma /borderline personality disorder and I'm trying to find out if im bi polar or not. As I have all the symptoms but apparently it's very difficult to diagnose. I hate my mood swings that range from feeling great to suicidal to extreme anger an iritable. I have not been able to work for the last 5 years due to how bad my mental health is. Sometimes I feel completely hopeless and others I feel like I can do anything. (No middle ground )
I'm currently in therapy and on quite alot of medication.

Prozac
Diazepam
Pregablin
Zolpidem
Thyroxine
Quetiepine

If they haven't diagnosed bipolar in five years, I'm left wondering if they will.

Would it make a world of difference for you to have bipolar listed?
