Well, as this is on the Psychotherapy forum, I'd recommend you go to a therapist!

No, really, they're not just for "Crazy" people. A lot of people assume they're not "sick" enough to see a therapist (not claiming that's YOUR case, just sayin') when, really, the well do very well in talk therapy.

A good T. can help you deal with A-holes who tell you you're "stupid," help you feel less stupid/ focus more effectively, identify goals and purpose in your life, and not feel like you fail at things.

Other than that, sounds to me like you're in a stuck sort of place and could benefit from self-care.

Why, out of curiosity, don't you think you can go see a therapist?

I am hearing indicators of depression, but what I hear also is a basic reaction to medication. Are you on medication?

If you are constantly told that you are stupid then you start to believe it.. that in turns leads to anxiety (I have to do better) and depression (I fail in most things) and other mental health issues because you will believe that you will never be good enough.
