If they are people who you know and trust, ask them to give you examples of your behavior.
If you agree, ask a doctor.

I could tell when i had my first manic episode.

Crazy isn't a medical term Trusting the people around you for a diagnosis doesn't seem like a good idea. A psychiatric assessment can determine very quickly if you are detached from reality.

Crazy is a very broad term, if you feel detached from reality or others tell you you seem to have lost your grip on reality, and if it is affecting your relationships, work, ability to relax, or just your general well-being then it might be time to seek help.

Crazy isn't a diagnosis. I would say, from reading your recent posts, that you are in need of serious help for your abuse of substances and use of inhalants and your serious self-harming thoughts and tendencies. Perhaps you need to consider inpatient treatment if you continue to put yourself at risk.

Thanks. They offered me a stay knowing much less than you do by my posta, but i refused because didnt want to worry my parents and make things worse.
I was just wondering if i really am detached from reality as my phobia DOC implied, from whom i havent heard anymore btw.
I cant stop drinking and taking pills. Parents at home making it mire than i can bear. Maybe my fault being this weak but sjy commento or situation drives me nuts. I'm sixk of it all!
