I feel a tremor inside, as if i am shaking inwardly all the time and it makes me restless. its been like his for over a week. do you know why that is? ideas? others like me?
should i talk about it with anyone?
it makes my life and usual routine impossible to follow.
PLEASE, HELP

Sinking, this sounds like it could be a medical condition, or a reaction to your medicines. Call your doctor and have it checked out, and talk it over with your therapist if you have one. If you cannot get in to see your doctor go to the ER and have it checked out. Hang in there and blessings.

i'm no doctor but it could be anxiety from meds, or other things you've been doing to try to stop them. you should go to the er if you can't see your doc today.good luck

yes, it was for meds. took some tranquilizers and went better. i hate those moments...
