i am sure i am going to be a loser in my future,....no job for almost 1 year ... almost forgot all my work details ..i was a btech graduate but passed out in 2012 and now almost 3-4 yr wasted since i had back papers left....i dont know what to do further..no hope..no supportive family members..no one is there to help me...financial problems are the worst in my family...father lost his job when i was just at 7 th standard..from then i lost all my wealth...my house,store,plot/lands....all gone..now i am 26 yr old and have nothing.....all i have is a nice mom,who is soo sad about my life..and always aggressive father...i dont like him at all...he is the reason i lost everyfckng things...i am lost.....plss helpme lord..i cant get a fresh start as lot of new comers enters jobs...i am getting old ****.....can i do this....i cant get out of my comfort zone....i am stuck...i am getting jealous of others life,money,financial status..helpme..................................................

i know what you mean!!! I thought i had lost everything after an accident. i had to live on the streets awhile. i do hope you try to get feeling better, i ended up on a pshyc ward but now i am happy someone came to help me. i put my family and mother through so much because i didn't know what was happenning to me pshysically and mentally. please try to see a doc and a therapist could also help too. good luck

I see you found a million reasons to feel bad about yourself, and comparing yourself to others is a great short cut to feeling bad about yourself. You seem quite intelligent, thus if you want to, you can heal from this and get yourself a life. Time to start trusting you smarts and ability to get things done for yourself.

I lost absolutely everything myself and have been reduced to living on disability assistance. That seemed to take away any self worth I had.

But, after a long 3 years, things have been begun to change - and I credit CBT.
