Good morning everyone,

Well driving in to the office today the road sudden flipped on its side and everything started to shift. I kept my cool and started to slow down and move to the side then things when back normal. Completely scared the **** out of me. I've never experience vertigo before and was trying to get insight from those who have here on forum.

Hi twilliamsjr79,

I'd definitely suggest getting it checked out by a doctor, and if it is something medical then there can be lots of relatively minor (easily treatable!!) things which it could be.
And after that, if it doesn't help, maybe consider things like stress, anxiety............
But first a check up, hey??

most definitely worth the discussion with your health care team.

Make sure you write this down - the day, time, what you were doing, and whether you had anything to eat - and log anything else that comes up (even tremors or trembling you might experience). No matter how silly it seems.

I was going through spells of light headedness everymorning. I'm rather embarassed, but it turned out to be that I was storing my toaster way up high and when I strained my neck to look up each morning before I had eaten I was causing myself to get dizzy and sometimes faint. As soon as we moved my toaster to a lower shelf I have never again experienced the spells.

It could be something quite simple. But it could be serious too. Please get checked out, okay?
Thanks for this!

Hi twilliamsjr79,

Thanks for the update!!!
And hopefully this can be something your doc can resolve without too many difficulties for you
