My wife is having pressure in back of head, spacing out, can not respond, can not talk. These episodes usually last from 10 mins to 25 mins. She's been to neurologist, had mris and been to a phycologist. No answers. One dr. Said maybe silent migraine. Does anyone know what this can be

Im sorry but we dont do things like diagnosing\telling each other what their or their family members problems are. only her own treatment providers (doctors, therapists, psychiatrists...) can say what this is with in her.

what we do here is the same thing as if you were sitting down to coffee with a friend. we share a part of our lives, what our own problems are, how our own treatment providers are treating our own problems. but diagnosing each other, sorry that we do not do.

an example of what we do here...

i sometimes go through this. in me this is called by many different things by my treatment providers....lack of sleep, occasional poor diet, ms (multiple sclerosis) and many others things too.

if you google your wifes problem you will find that there are literally millions upon millions of normal ,mental or medical problems this can be.

the only thing I can suggest is that you and your wife continue to work with her treatment providers. eventually what ever this is with in her will be diagnosed and treated by her own treatment providers.

Hello Nairbw12: I see this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral... from the Skeezyks! I hope you find whatever amount of time you spend here to be of benefit.

I'm sorry I would not be in a position to suggest what might be going on with your wife. This must be extremely disconcerting to you both. Sometimes it can be a long difficult struggle to find a doctor who can finally come up with a correct diagnosis. So the fact that nothing concrete has been found so far doesn't necessarily mean there isn't something. Perhaps it has simply not been found yet. I hope you will both keep trying. I wish you both well...
