Hi. I'm new here. I was wondering if the butterfly hug could help me durring a panic attack or when I get overwhelmed. Its something I'm willing to try as soon as I understand it. I get horrible attracts. Anyway thank you. If it works for you could you please let me know?

Never heard of it. The thing is...different things work for dufferent people & the only way you can know if it works is to try it for yourself

It helps my daughter calm down when her anxiety is off the charts. The key is practicing it when you're not having a panic attack enough so that when you are highly stressed, you can drop into a calming space quickly. Worth a try.
If you're willing to try alternative therapies like the butterfly hug, you might also look into tapping (emotional freedom technique) for anxiety. You can find it at ect.mercola.com.
