Is it normal to say feel really good after thearpy but feel
Down hill as the days go until your next thearpy session?

Because I feel the only person that makes me feel good about myself is my therapist and no one else.
Not my family
Or my long term partner been with for 8 years.

Whats going on here?
I feel confused.

I think that is probably pretty common. It happens to me too. I don't know why really. I always feel a little empowered by my sessions, but the daily grind wears me down over time.

You could try journaling about your therapy sessions throughout the week. This keeps what you both talked about fresh in your mind until the next session.
Thanks for this!

It is because you your are making better connections with your Therapist, than you are with those other people. Thus it is normal to feel this way.
