I'm wanting to get a safelink phone so i can atleast have the basics to get my phone calls and stuff ...

but my dad already has one and it says only one per household is permitted, so can i use my brothers address?

i really need to get it..

If your disability or food stamps or whatever qualifies you for the phone goes to that address I don't think you can use someone else's address because I think they ask for proof you are in one of those programs. It's been a while since I applied and I don't remember (I had changed eligibility without knowing it so didn't get one) but I think it required some documentation.

Well I'm qualified its just that my dad already has one

Right, but if the same address disqualifies you I think you will be disqualified as your address will show up on the proof that you qualify and they'll see it is the same as someone else in the program. Or they won't. Hard to know.

I filled out a form stating concerning others at my address had a Safe Link phone, and that I do not use it. Thus I got one. Ask for that paperwork. Being a father, that may present a problem.
