I want to ask that how attachment disorder feels like in adults?
I myself feel it very very difficult to get attached to someone even my friends but if I get attached I say it to myself many times that you should not be attached it would end like everything ends I constantly and consciously dictate myself to have no feelings for others. its because I belief whenever I get attached to someone something very bad happens. so I constantly dictate myself to not get attached. but if I allow myself to get attached and have feelings for someone like a friend then I become extremely possessive everything starts bothering me that she should not talk to anyone else .. anyone else should not talk to her she is only my friend she should not be hanging out with others... I want to know what is this happening to me?? |
